Haha jaa det är ju sant :) har dock sjukt ont i musklerna runt armvecket i höger arm, inte i vänster konstigt nog. Kanske omedvetet tog i lite mer i höger arm när jag körde Body Pump sist, men det går knappt att sträcka ut den för att det gör så ont, så jag undrar vad det är alltså. Antagligen bara extrem träningsvärk, men gör det fortfarande såhär ont på Torsdag tvekar jag på att jag kan träna Body Pump igen :/ Vi får hoppas att det blir bättre! :)

My friend offered me to go with her on Body Pump once again on Thursday. I get it for free, she had some sort of free card. Hmm, should I go with her or should I run?
If I think about it it’s a pretty stupid question cause when do I get the chance to do Body Pump, really? Never. So I might do it. But I don’t want to die again. The soreness the day after is a mixture between heaven and hell. And I freaking love it.
We’ll see… I’ll probably end up going, haha!
